Viejo Indecente Madrecuishe is made with wild agave Madrecuishe that takes 15 years to mature. This mezcal is earthy on the nose with notes of eucalyptus and hay. The taste is fruity and also herbal with very little smoke. Given the long time needed for these agave to mature, this mezcal really demonstrates the terroir of that specific region. Like other Viejo Indecente mezcal, this Madrecuishe carries slight notes of the ocean and brine.
