In cooking a consommé is a clarified soup using egg whites to remove fat and sediment. In the cocktail world we have milk punches that uses a similar technique but instead of heat we rely on acidity to coagulate the milk solid Which absorbs impurities, remove colour and particles.
Our Coconut Milk Punch uses coconut cream. The drink taste of coffee, tamarind, cardamom and a soft coconut after taste.

Matusalem 15 years old rum, Plantation O.F.T.D rum, Tio Pepe Fino sherry, coffee, tamarind, pineapple, cardamom, lemon, and coconut cream to wash the drink.
